Rural paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at Casinha Leco Teco. It was the perfect location for our family to explore the Algarve and a nice relaxing rural area to enjoy in the evenings. We liked the pool and relaxing in the hammock, as well as the beautiful gardens. We will definitely recommend this location to others!

A really lovely place. Especially the garden is really nice with lots and lots of different plants and trees to discover and of course the pool and a nice place to eat outside. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms are what they need to be. Also very good communication by the owner.

Amazing place

Very nice and spacious place! Check in was very easy, friendly - helpful host as well. A lot of nice nature around. Friendly dog and cat, my kids enjoyed spend time with them. Inside the house you can find everything what you need. We was very happy, because there was warm and cozy even at the winter time.

The property was ideal for the 2 week stay my wife and I enjoyed in March 2023, and our hosts Mr and Mrs Marcos were most welcoming. Situated in the countryside close to Bordeira the setting was both beautiful and extremely quiet. We were able to walk to nearby villages and eating places. Bordeira is also within driving distance of a variety of beaches and historic sites.

Perfect start to our Portugal Trip

We stayed for 5 days and loved it. The Kids played outside or took a bath in the pool. Great spot for trips in the area (by car). We recommend Ilha de Tavira or the Beach Loule Velho. The Café Aromas perfeitos was perfect for coffee and icecream in the morning. We would definetly recommend to stay here! Thank you!!

Good and affordable choice

This tiny house with nice garden in a calm environment 20mins out of Faro is recommended for families. The pool makes it an occasion to pass a day (or afternoon) there when avoiding the busy coast. Restaurants and supermarkets either close or a 10min car ride.

A quiet place apart from the Algarve touristic mile

We totally enjoyed our 14 days stay in this little condo. It is located in the countryside about half an our drive from downtown Faro. Ideal for trips along the Algarve, or the back country. The owners live on the property as well, but they are very friendly and do not disturb your vacation. At this time of the year (end of April), the private pool was still a little bit cold, but during summer time, it would be an ideal place to spend time. Overall, we can highly recomment Villa Bordeira!

Zelia was a great hostess. So kind and thoughtful. Her little cottage was clean and well appointed. Shower was great, along with the patio area. Nice to sit outside in the evening with a glass of wine at the end of each day. Appreciated her house book. Explaining how everything functioned and info on surrounding towns and restaurants. Peaceful rural villa in well maintained garden setting

We enjoyed 10 restful peaceful days at Casinha Lecoteco. Everything we needed was provided and the limitations of Wi-fi and English TV channels was an additional bonus - a relief from 24 hour Brexit updates. I was sorry that two local restaurants that we previously knew, Mac Jetes and Chez Malice, had closed but other local typical Portuguese restaurants were available close by at Bordeira and St Barbara de Nexes. The pink Palace Pousada Hotel at Estoi with the formal gardens is worth a visit at sunset. I am sure we will return. Thank you Zelia.
