Cosy country house with heatable swimming pool and sea view.

The house is very quietly situated 800 metres from the nearest tarmac road.

It is situated on a hillside overlooking the fishing port of Olhao...

Everything is on one level, 3 spacious bedrooms with lots of storage cupboards and 2 bathrooms, new kitchen with all appliances (also dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.), spacious living room with fireplace (cassette) (firewood included) with direct access to the sun terrace with swimming pool ( 10 x 4 ).
The swimmingpool is heated from 15 Mai till 15 September for free.
In other periods (April and October) it can be heated at 125 €/ week.
The bedrooms all have fresh bedding with lovely duvets and lots of down pillows.

There is satellite TV , HiFi music for CD and with Ipod dock.
Bleutooth music streaming available and Google ChromeCast installed.
There is also internet via free WiFi available, air conditioning cold and warm with air cleaning.

The garden is very spacious (± 4000 m2) with beautiful alfarroba's, olive and fig trees and cork oaks, the oleanders and bougainvilleas are in bloom all summer. On both sides of the house are cosy terraces with beautiful teak garden furniture and comfortable loungers.

The location is ideal for people who want peace and privacy just outside the tourist hustle and bustle but still close to everything.
Dozens of golf courses within a range of 1 hour drive. The marinas of Faro and Vilamoura can both be reached within 20 minutes.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Amazing property, very quiet and secluded but not far from everything you'll need on holiday. Toms house rocks in every way, the pool, the view, the location, its a great place to spend time. As a host he's a very good communicator, we loved it.. Would we come back.....Hell yeah !

Casa simpática bastante isolada

Casa de acordo com as fotografias publicadas, piscina fantástica, cozinha com tudo o que necessita para preparar as refeições. Acesso bastante difícil por terra batida cerca de 800 m. Necessita de rever a vedação da casa, alguns pontos com vedação ausente.

Die ganze Gruppe war sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt. Und als Ausgangspunkt für unser Goldspiel über 6 Tage. Die 6 verschiedenen Plätze lagen zwischen 30 u. 60 vom Startpunkt. Alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt, hätte aber gerne wärmer sein können. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist nur mit einem Leihwagen mit Vollkasko zu empfehlen, aber kein Problem 😉

We hebben een zalig verblijf in Adorinhas do mar achter de rug. Zalig Algarve… er kon geen betere naam gekozen worden ? Alle comfort was in het huisje aanwezig, zeer rustige ligging en een hele leuke streek om erop uit te trekken. Dankzij de tips van Tom voor restaurantjes in de buurt hebben we enkele zeer leuke, authentieke plekjes ontdekt. Bedankt voor het leuke verblijf en ook de correcte, vlotte administratieve afhandeling. We komen zeker nog eens terug!
