Our family has an annual reunion every year and we stay at this hotel every time. We love the services provided during our stay, especially the complimentary breakfast and the indoor pool. The hotel is also located across the street from a movie theater which is walking distance to enjoy.

No water in the hotel

We woke up to our room not having any water. When I went to the front desk and spoke with Becca I was advise the hotel was aware of the issue and that a called has been made to the water company. I ask if there was another room we could use to take a shower as we had a wedding to attend I was advise there was no other room We could be moved to as they were sold out. The front desk person had no resolution or sympathy for how this situation was going to be traumatic for us. The only answer she could provide is that we would have to wait until the water company could arrive to fix the issue. She advise she did not know what time or when the water company would arrive. Horrible customer service.

Had to change rooms 3 times 1. Shower door was rusted shut 2. Door was wet outside with a frog above it, upon entering a lizard slithered out from under the dresser. 3. The carpet had stains and it smelled like a public toilet. Did NOT stay. Checked out immediately after #3 demand full refund

We liked the room and everything seemed clean. The breakfast was below other Holiday Inns we have stayed at. Most things were out and some things were cold. Staff is really what brought it down. No eye contact, short answers, acted as if you were bothering them and looked unprofessional.
