This is a tasteful stone house with lovely ocean views, located on a scenic location in Stora Rör. A perfect place to enjoy the nature and ocean with a beach 100 m away. A wonderful little harbor is located in the middle of the village, only 150 m away and here you have some restaurants and cafés. The house was built in 2013 and it is in mint condition. Stora Rör is a great starting point for excursions around the island. From here you are close to both Borgholm and Kalmar.
