The staff was warm and inviting, the bed was extra comfy, the rooms were spacious and they had a decent breakfast. The dishes in the room in the cupboards were dirty and there was some minor cleaning that needed done in the room but really a great stay!

We stayed with a lot of other sports teams at the hotel. We couldn’t use to pool & hot tub for more than 30 minutes because they were dumping lots of chlorine in with so many people staying at the hotel. Which then led to my 2 year old having coughing fits & puking all over our bedding to then call the front desk & have them tell me they gave out all the pillows & had no extras. The woman at the front desk was so sweet & helpful & patient when she had so much on her plate & literally running everywhere to try & help everyone. We were just bummed that our kids couldn’t use the pool more because that was the main thing they were looking forward to!

The room we got is very nice! The only issue that we had is our heater wasn’t working and it’s very cold in here. When I told the front desk gal she didn’t even apologize—she just said she would put in a maintenance request. That part could have gone better.
