Park 4/5 vehicles and explore the walks along Wallington river or Fareham Lake or explore the peaceful town of Fareham. Make day trips to the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth/Historic Dockyard, West-wittering, Durdle door or Bournemouth Beach.
The space
Enjoy open plan space looking over the back garden with raised decking, perfect for sunny and lazy outdoor living. Kitchen has modern amenities such as electric hob, American fridge freezer, TV, dishwasher, two ovens, microwave, Coffee machine and ample storage.

For elderly guests or for children, the ground floor also has an ensuite bedroom. Upstairs you will find 4 double bedrooms (one ensuite) with three Super king beds and one King size bed.

You will also find an exercise bike in the hall in the ground floor.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house (5 bed rooms, Open plan kitchen, 3 bathrooms) except one room in the ground floor that is locked away by the owner and also the loft and the Garden shed are out of bounds.

Finally, bookings more than 28 days will not be approved. PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED PER WEEK BY THE SAME AMOUNT SET FOR FIRST 7 DAYS.

Government-issued photo identification will be required before booking.
