Old charming Fanø house that has been renovated to a high standard with underfloor heating throughout, 2 bathrooms, sauna and modern conveniences. The house is situated on a large plot right in the centre of the town of Sønderho. Sønderho is known for its fantastic atmosphere with its many old thatched houses. The house comprises a hallway with a jack-knob floor and access to the first floor. Living room with wood-burning stove and well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a TV room, 2 bedrooms. Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and toilet facilities. Sauna. The first floor has a TV room. The garden is nice, overgrown with trees and shrubs, bordered by a wooden fence and hedge. Fanø's most southerly town, Sønderho, offers a beautiful landscape to explore on footpaths.
