This is a beautiful hotel with Tonnes of Character. The rooms, both public and private were tidy and well maintained. Staff were very helpful from reception to resteraunt, all had good knowledge, positive energy, and above all else big smiles which we loved. Definitely will be staying again.

Enjoyed our stay at such an iconic hotel. Will definitely stay again and looking forward to seeing everything fully refurbished. Had great view of estuary from our room. Staff all lovely and helpful. Although this is an older property, do not be put off. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was "traditional" but everything worked and it was clean. The restaurant was good and the food tasty. Breakfast was great in terms of variety and quality. I would definitely stay at The Falmouth again

I liked everything about the property. It is close to the train station. It is within easy walking distance to the old part of town. It has incredible views of Falmouth bay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are very, very nice and knowledgeable. The restaurant is beautiful. The building has a lot of history. And, I had a visiting seagull hanging out on the ledge outside my window. Most cool!! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel team are enthusiastic and helpful always polite and accommodating across all departments The hotel is under going upgrades and they are very considering guests we arrived late on the Wednesday and the night reception gentleman was very helpful and very knowledgeable and made us very welcome
