Wake up to panoramic views of Rough River Lake from this lakefront 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in one of the best locations on the main lake. Whether you're planning a family getaway, fishing trip, boating weekend, or a peaceful escape, you'll have beautiful lake views and be just minutes from everything Rough River has to offer.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and features a spacious private primary suite with a king bed, beautiful lake views, private bathroom, Smart TV, and mini fridge. Two additional bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen bed.

The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake, while the fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook meals at home. You'll find cookware, dishes, utensils, basic spices, and coffee and creamer ready for your stay.

One of the best parts of the property is the covered lake-view deck. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the water, watch the game on the outdoor TV, grill dinner on the charcoal/smoker grill, or relax around the fire pit table as the sun goes down. There's also a separate outdoor fire pit for evenings outside.

You'll also have a private laundry room with washer and dryer, and laundry detergent is provided. Both showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can pack a little lighter.

The large U-shaped driveway provides plenty of room for vehicles and boat trailers, making this a convenient home base for boating and fishing trips.

We're approximately 5 minutes from Rough River Dam State Park, the marina, boat ramps and public beaches, with Nick's Boat Dock/Marina, Big Mouths Restaurant, Happy Jack's Winery and other local favorites nearby.

Please note: While the home is truly lakefront with beautiful main-lake views, there is no direct lake or dock access from the property. Public boat ramps, marina access and beaches are just minutes away.

My family and I booked this home in May for a September wedding. A few weeks before the wedding Tiffany messaged me and said the bunk beds were damaged by a previous guest and they had replaced them with a queen. This complicated our sleeping arrangements due to needing 3 single beds and we booked this home based on that. It’s not her fault they were damaged and she did offer to cancel our reservation, however with only a few weeks to go -we had zero options. I asked her to discount our stay since we were losing a bed. She declined but offered an early check in and late check out as a compromise. We agreed since she told us there was a pull out in the living room as well.Well not only is there NOT a queen pull out. There was zero bedding to go with it. What’s there is an “extendable” sofa, but a grown adult would easily hang off a foot or so at the end of the bed. A small child would fit diagonally. The first night we made due with sharing blankets from our queen bed. We messaged Tiffany in the morning to which she said her cleaners would drop some off. The cleaners never came. We also had nothing to cook with in the oven. No bakeware, pizza rack, cookie sheet, etc. Hopefully that issue will be resolved. I messaged her about that as well, but she didn’t respond until after we had checked out.There is nothing to iron with. So bring one I guess? And we found dog hair all in our bed.I feel like a small refund would have gone a long way and shown more integrity.
