Staff was extremely helpful and nice but pool wasn’t warm as it says and hot tub out of commission due to earthquake that happened earlier in the week. Internet sucked in the second building they had to keep resetting the routers on. They just had new TVs and new Internet and TV put in, but it was constantly going out Wi-Fi going in and out the breakfast they serve was an all right could have better choices.

The hotel looked nice in the lobby and looked clean. The staff was super nice and Jon did his best to help me but hotels.com screwed everything up and we ended up not being able to stay there. We booked at a different hotel and did not use hotels.com to booke that stay. In fact I will never use hotels.com again which sucks because I have used it for years but many problems have come about lately
