The 240 m² Fleischmannhof farmhouse in Falkenstein accommodates up to 12 guests with 17 beds in a living room and 4 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms and a separate WC on the ground floor.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, and freezer. Amenities feature high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, TVs, washing machine, workspace, self check-in, 2 baby beds, 1 high chair, as well as toys and books for children.



Outside, you'll find a terrace with seating, a barbecue, and a fire pit. Children can enjoy a slide.



Parking is available. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-in is from 3 pm.



Your hosts live on the property but not in the booked house. Two dogs and three horses live on the farm for the hosts’ private use. If you have animal allergies, please consider this before booking.
