Great location. Right on the slopes. Rooms very tired but adequate. The main problem is how cold the communal area is in the evening. The restaurant is so cold and you really only have that area to hang out as the room is only for sleeping

Es war ein Erlebnis am Abend und Morgen den Ausblick zu geniessen und mit als Erste, ohne am Lift anzustehen, auf den frisch präparierten Pisten zu fahren. Das Frühstück war sehr simpel. Eine Kaffeemaschine für alle Gäste hat zu langen Wartezeiten bzw. einer langen Schlange für Kaffee geführt. Das hat Verbesserungspotential. Die Stimmung am Abend und auch beim Abendessen war top. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

Positiv: Zimmer war perfekt, Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, Abendessen in der grossen Gemeinschaft mit den anderen Gästen der Hammer. Wirklich top - absolut Empfehlenswert! Negativ: a) Anfängliche Kommunikation (keinerlei Rückrufe, trotz Ankündigung auf dem AB) - erst im vierten Anlauf jdm erreicht, b) Bottleneck Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück - immer sehr lange Schlangen - hier wäre eine 2te Maschine vorteilhaft oder eine andere Lösung für heisse Milch only, c) Bad leicht verschimmelt, sollte neu verfugt werden.
