I booked a hotel Staylo Abhinandan Palace in Ayodhya, but when I reached the provided location, there was no hotel at all — only old ruins. When I called the hotel number listed, they told me the actual hotel was around 4 km away from the location shown in my booking. I even shared pictures of the spot to show that there was no hotel there, but there was no concern for the customer’s safety or inconvenience. I requested a refund multiple times, but they never processed it. This experience has completely broken my trust. What they are doing in India feels fraudulent and unsafe for travellers. I strongly advise others to double-check hotel details and avoid such unpleasant experiences.
