Traditional villa in a quiet setting with a great ocean view in Listaros

Listaros is a complex of three independent luxury villas—Elaia, Myrsini, and Dafni—each with a private swimming pool. They are situated in the beautiful setting of a quiet hillside, an ideal place for relaxation with an amazing view of the sea, the mountains, and the sunset, just 100 meters from the traditional village of Listaros in southern Crete. Each villa is set on its own private 600-meter plot.

The villas measure 120 square meters and are arranged over three levels. They are furnished and decorated with authentic pieces of furniture combined with a careful selection of modern furnishings, to ensure a balance of quality and comfort. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with a 1.55 m x 1.55 m whirlpool tub, two bathrooms with showers, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a gym.

The outdoor area features a swimming pool, a BBQ area, a large garden, and private parking.
