The Space:

The award-winning ASKIANOS Villas are set on the southern edge of the Asterousia Mountains, the southernmost mountain range in Europe, where the Libyan Sea, the fertile Messara Plain, and the peaks of Mount Psiloritis meet on the horizon.



The complex received the Silver Design Award 2023 at the prestigious A’ Design Award & Competition, in recognition of its architectural approach. Inspired by Cretan-Venetian architecture, ASKIANOS combines natural materials, handcrafted traditional textiles, and contemporary comforts, creating homes that are deeply connected to the landscape and heritage of southern Crete.

Askianos Villa I is equipped with a heated pool. You must inform us at least 48 hours before your arrival if you wish to make use of this service. This option incurs an extra charge, please contact us for more details.
