The water pressure is terrible, the TV only had one volume and it was 100, it was either really cold or really hot in the room, a couple creepy men being overly friendly with my teenage daughters ( I know not the hotels fault) camper in the parking lot clearly being stayed in, looks like it’s been there awhile. Only thing I can say was decent were the beds and staff was nice. I will be looking elsewhere for my next stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel location was conductive to where we needed to be. The staff was outstanding. Lucas checked us in and he was wonderful. The breakfast staff, Ashli and Shilpa are jewel. They were both very accommodating and the food they prepared was delicious along with their service. If you are traveling to this location and looking for a place to lodge I highly recommend this hotel. The entire staff is WONDERFUL.

They never cleaned our room before we got there. It was empty bottles of water all over the floor. Hair strands in the shower and on the shower wall. I even seen a roach! Very nasty place. Our hotel did not come with an iron. They have a tv with Netflix and Prime options but the staff explained to us that because the hotel was bought out yet the staff remained the same, the old hotel doesn’t offer streaming only free channels with nothing in them . Never again.

The hotel overall was decent, the actual hotel vs pictures not the exact same pictures must be when it was brand new, definitely not Like that. My only complaint that upset me is my room A/C was not working . We had 2 rooms and one room was fine other one so uncomfortable, they said we will refund you but never answe Expedia calls to process it.

I didn’t eat breakfast, the hotel was clean, staff friendly but the bed in room 408 needs thrown away. I had a hard time sleeping because the coils/springs whatever they are were very uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in other rooms at this hotel and the beds were fine.

The hotel needs major work. They had been working in the hallway on the way to our room and we had to maneuver around sheets & materials. The walls are paper thin. The people in the room next door had their tv on all night, making it hard to sleep. The television was having problems and when we talked to the young man at the desk about it, he was very rude and we basically just had to deal with it. Luckily, we were only there one night. Several places in the room you could see where they had patched areas and just left it.
