Great location. Walkable to town. Nice and spacious. Could have another bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. Description didn’t say it was on the second floor. Lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was a bit challenging. But would definitely stay there again. Liked the decor. Very clean.

Second and third floor of a large home with private entrance and off-street parking. Located just around the corner from the canal and main street in Fairport, so close to things too do. This was a family vacation that included our dogs and the Owners were accommodating and easy to deal with. 4 large rooms with king and queen sized bedding, laundry, kitchen; everything we needed for our 5 night stay.
