The house was beautiful and the view really was stunning! It was so nice to have a lot of seating both inside and outside. We loved sitting outside during the day and around the fire at night. The house was perfect for our family and children. The outdoor space is amazing and there was plenty for the kids (kayaks, ping pong, chairs, toys, games, etc). The house was clean and had everything we needed - the kitchen was stocked with every pot/pan/utensil and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. Location is great and Bill was very responsive.

Beautiful location and home

My family stayed here for a weekend and loved it! Right on the ocean with a private beach, and a public beach a mile away. Bill was kind enough to let us use his beach chairs and kayak, which we took full advantage of. With multiple bathrooms and bedrooms, this is a perfect place for a getaway weekend with your family or friends! We hope to stay again

Great Island Retreat

My family and I had a wonderful island retreat. The house was more than we could have asked for and the location and views were stunning. We had a great time cooking and dining in the deck taking in the views. The kids loved playing in the backyard and on the private beach access. The beach in the other side of the island was a fun time too. We would definitely visit again!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family stayed at this home while in town for the Army vs. Navy game in December. The house was clean, warm and very welcoming. Communication from the owner was excellent as were his restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed the house and area so much we are considering a summer get-a-way there in the future to enjoy the outside patio and beach more. Would highly recommend to anyone.
