Welcome to Mandy's House.
The ground floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, plus another bathroom combined with the laundry. The living area with TV and DVD is an ideal area for the kids.The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has six bunk beds. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen/dining and living area with wood fire.
The living area opens onto the front deck with sensational ocean views stretching from Airey's Inlet to Lorne. This deck can be protected from the sun by UV blinds. A perfect area for the morning coffee or afternoon drinks.
The furnished back deck has a Weber BBQ and opens from the dining area and a separate door from the kitchen. There is even an outdoor sink. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach.
Although not fenced pets are welcome at Mandy's House.
There are many other features that can only be discovered while holidaying at this beautiful holiday house.

Fabulous house, great view
What a lovely place! From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The house is beautifully built, the views were better than expected & the points of difference such as the kids bedroom & window seat were delightful. Lots of board games & outdoor seating. Enough indoor seating for a family of 5. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely location and amazing ocean view . Good size beach house with plenty of light .
Stayed there for 10 nights and we had a relaxing and peaceful holiday . Explored a lot of local beaches and walks
The bedrooms probably are a bit dated and without air conditioning . However , overall we still love this beach house .
