There is a private, rocky beach in front of the house, but a sandy beach (Ruth St.) is a short walk away. The town beach at West Island is a short drive and there is the state beach at historic Fort Phoenix. This new home offers a fantastic spot to unwind and is the perfect location for day trips to Cape Cod, the Islands, Plymouth, Boston, Providence or Newport. This is an elevated home with many stairs so is not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments.
