The staff was very friendly, but underneath the beds was garbage from previous occupants. The bathroom sink would not drain. The mattresses had no box springs and were just on the frame of the bed and and extremely firm. The rest of the furniture in the room was tattered and torn, also the wall treatment was peeling in the main room and bathroom. For a Holiday Inn express I expected a lot more, especially for the price.

housekeeper's red lips very impressive....seems Holiday Inn series tend to have younger housekeepers and heavy make up... The check-in staffs are generally much better

My stay did not meet expectations at all. The hotel is outdated, and my room was in poor condition. There were stains on the carpet, and the chair was broken. The lamps required unplugging to turn off, and the shower had pink mold residue present. The curtains also didn't close fully, and the fitness center was disappointing, with broken machines. Additionally, the only washing machine was out of order. For the amount I paid for one night, this experience was not worth it. I strongly recommend finding a different place to stay to save your money.

For a Bay Area hotel, the price and what you’re getting from this hotel isn’t bad at all. Honestly, their breakfast is good, rooms are spacious, have a fridge and microwave, climate control is great. My only critique is that the carpet of the room I stayed in needs to be replaced. The bathroom is kinda outdated too. But I definitely recommend this hotel. Bay Area hotels are expensive, this one is reasonably priced.

Stayed here last Thanksgiving it is only a few minutes from sister in law’s house. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Not charging to park is a plus.
