No food on the breakfast bar two days in a row. Room and linens not changed second day. Worst problem my wife is disabled and requires handicap bench roll-in shower. That what was confirmed and paid in advance. Arrived and attendant stated they over booked handicap room not available. Placed in much smaller non handicap room or shower. Promise room change next day room still not available. Promised room rate ajustment at check out attendant stated no adjustment third party reservation which remove all room guarantees. Wife and myself travel often and have never experienced handicap decriminalization at this level. Wife was unable to shower for two days We were charged $200.00 a day for this mistreatment and abuse.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Was close to good shopping and dining options and made a great home base for visiting the mountain area for hiking days. It is new and extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot and good. Would have been nice to have a change in menu, when eating 3 mornings in a row, but overall was good. Would stay again.
