Compare Hotels with Shopping in Fairborn

"The rooms are outdated no effort has been made to repair or upgrade the basics. I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room had no hot water the shower flow was a stream with no pressure. The second room had bugs when I told the front desk she told me Ohio is known for stink bugs it is April this is known for in cold winter months. But I think that is not an acceptable reason they should do better. They did move me rooms but it was no upgrade we settled it was late and it was 1 night and unfortunately we won't be returning"

She gave me my key to the room didn't tell me where the elevator was or how to get to our room.
