My family went to Fairbanks for a quick weekend trip, for a wedding. We absolutely loved this property. We were so busy each day, when we finally were able to go and relax, we were so comfortable in this beautiful VRBO. It’s huge and fit 7 of us easily the first night and 6 of us the next night. I definitely recommend this beautiful place to rest your head at night.

Honestly, the pictures are accurate. But it is a duplex. The other tenant was very easy going and helpful. Not upscale but clean and well worth the price.

This VRBO is a split level house with a family living down stairs and the rental upstairs. You use the same exterior door, but you do have an upstairs door to close off the 2 spaces. It is a run down semi clean rental space with old miss matched linens and a terribly uncomfortable couch that you bottom out in. The washer/dryer is downstairs shared with the family and we had a hard time finding it free to use. You have to walk through the yard where toddlers were playing to enter and exit being careful to not let them out of the gate. The whole thing was just an odd set up.
