Angela was very easy to work with and responds very quickly to messages. The house was beautiful and very clean with lots of room and fun for everybody. The view of the lake was lovely and relaxing. A heater was provided on the deck to enjoy the view even in colder weather. Awesome stay!

Prom Get together

We enjoyed the house and its amenities as we hosted multiple families to celebrate the senior class prom. The house was great, with everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the lake. Check-in was simple. Great location!

I don't know that we will have a need to be meet or vacation in or near Fair Play, SC in the future, but if we do, we will definitely recommend and would stay here again. Large, well-appointed home. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the property and its location.

This home has incredible curb appeal with a stunning facade and a great view down the hill toward the lake. It’s easy access off of the interstate while privately tucked away in the quiet woods on the lake. We were able to successfully park multiple vehicles in the drive way and keep our rental boat on the deck. The house has a generous number of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as an inviting deck with an awesome fire pit. The hosts were readily available to help with check in and quick to respond to a simple follow up issue. Unfortunately the house was not for us. The kitchen was full of left over food presumably from prior guests including perishables some in the fridge not even wrapped. While cluttered with unusable stuff, It lacked standard items like glasses or a toaster. The grill was disgustingly dirty with a completely warn brush to clean it. We have stayed in many rental houses on this lake and rank this one last for our purposes.

The house was the best we ever had for our size family of 18 with lots of indoor space and outside comfortable seating on the porch. View was gorgeous overlooking the lake… the dock was clean with comfortable chairs and plenty of life jackets available…The children and adults loved the clean lake and spent hours swimming and riding the kayaks.. plenty of indoor activities available… loved the well stocked kitchen to cook our meals and host relatives & friends in the area… all rooms were very clean, well furnished and attractive… the host and the owner were very friendly and helpful… making sure all our needs were well met…I very highly recommend this place and will keep them on our list if we ever are in that area again..
