On a very attractive natural plot near the coast you will find this modern holiday home with sauna, both from the house and from the property a great view over the sea and on clear days towards the islands Illumø and Vigø and the bay of Helnæs Bay and as far as Als! The cottage has an attractive, open kitchen / living area for family living, with furniture of good, Danish quality and direct access to the terrace of the house. The living area has a flat-screen TV with some German channels to choose from and Wi-Fi and radio. The kitchen area is well equipped with u.a. Ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. An energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump heats the house economically and thus environmentally friendly. There are also two spacious bedrooms and an attractive bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and a sauna for max. four persons. Outside there is a large, open terrace area with seating. The house stands on a 1500 m2 natural plot and only about 400 meters from the nearest beach with jetty and swimming farther out. No rental to youth groups desired!
