This Hampton is in an excellent location for our visits to Longwood Gardens. It’s decorated nicely and bed was very comfortable. Staff person very kind and helpful assisting with s quiet room for us. Breakfast was good and dining area kept clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that the room smelled very musty (I’ve seen this complaint online before with this property) and I had some difficulty with tolerating that. Hampton needs to find a way to resolve this!

The drapes in the room are divided into two sections. The right side is normal. The left side is "make it do". The deskchair was noisy and the seat rocked left and right. A towel hook in the bathroom looks ok until you hang a towel on it. Then it comes out of the wall.

The staff and hotel were very nice. The breakfast was fine. Overall I would recommend you stay here. The only problems encountered were the shower was very noisy-shared the problem with the management. Also both destination chargers were not in service-was told they had requested service but there has been no response.

We stayed here July 27-30. The room was clean, quiet, and with plenty of charging outlets/plugs. It had a nice bathroom with good towel supply. A healthy continental breakfast was available off the lobby. Convenient parking in front or back of the hotel. The fitness room is small but has a Peleton bike, treadmill, elliptical and a good set of dumbbells.

This hotel was recommended by nearby family, and we stayed for a week. Exceeded expectations and had excellent service. Very happy with this stay. The management has an impeccable approach to running a hotel of this type. The grounds and facilities are spotless and beautiful. This is the best Hampton Inn I have ever experienced.

Stay while open house at home

Excellent customer service at desk. Breakfast buffet was very plentiful and great tasting. Excellent coffee station in lobby 24 hrs. The room was clean and freshly changed bedding and gr at shower strength. I will recommend to anyone for a wonderful relaxing trip.

Mixed review here. Convenient location; a great mattress. Room was musty smelling when we first arrived. AC unit was very loud, even on the low fan setting. Refrigerator was not turned on; took a call to the front desk to get that resolved. Free breakfast was good as was the maid service. Outback Steakhouse next door.

Nice stay for one night

The room is considered just right with a king size bed but the bathroom is considered small. Overall, it was very clean. The towels are very used/old and may get an upgrade. The mattress needs replacement as we felt it worn out. Breakfast is ordinary, not fancy but the dining area gives us a cozy feel. The manager was very kind to help resolve our booking issue-I already paid the 3rd party but the hotel computer system showed otherwise. Thank you.
