A very nice, completely renovated vacation rental for 4 to 5 people.

The vacation rental, located on the 1st floor, is in a quiet, secluded spot in a thoroughly renovated and newly modernized two-family home in the Extertal valley, between the Weserbergland and the Teutoburg Forest.

It is modern and very well-equipped. Spanning 75 square meters
the apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom.

The large bedroom has a 1.80-meter-wide bed, and the closet is 2.50 meters wide. You’ll love the view from the window.
The smaller bedroom features a 90 cm-wide single bed and a 140 cm-wide bed that can comfortably accommodate two people. There is ample storage space in both bedrooms.

The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink with a vanity cabinet, and a toilet. There are also two cabinets for storing all your toiletries.

The kitchen features a large dining table that seats up to 5 people and is fully equipped with:
- Dishwasher
- Refrigerator with freezer compartment
- Oven
- Microwave
- Filter coffee maker
- Toaster
- Electric kettle
- Various glasses (wine, beer, spirits, long drinks, sodas)
- Tableware for six people
- Pots, cutlery, etc.

The beautiful, bright, and spacious living room with a balcony (lounge furniture) and a panoramic view of the countryside offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. It features a three-seater and a two-seater sofa, as well as an armchair. A beautiful wall unit with a TV completes the room. There is also a wood-burning stove here, which guarantees a cozy atmosphere. Firewood is stored on the property and can be used free of charge.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a clothesline, which is available exclusively to guests of the vacation rental.

A baby bed (including bedding) and a high chair are available upon request at any time.

The countryside surrounding the vacation rental offers beautiful hiking trails, great cycling routes, and a variety of sights.

Beautiful hiking trails in the Weserbergland and the Teutoburg Forest

The historic old town of Rinteln, with its remarkable Weser Renaissance houses, is about 10 km away, Bückeburg, with its beautiful princely castle, is about 20 km away, and Hamelin, the “Pied Piper town,” is about 30 km away by car.

The major cities of Hanover and Bielefeld are less than an hour away by car.

Within walking distance (about 10 minutes) is a small supermarket that stocks everything you need for daily shopping, as well as fresh rolls, bread, and pastries. Larger shopping trips can be completed in about 10 minutes by car.
A selection of restaurants and snack bars can be found in the immediate vicinity.

About 400 m away is a beautiful playground with a stream, plenty of play equipment, toys, seating areas, and a log cabin for all ages.
The “Laßbruch” outdoor pool—set in a green, well-maintained, and family-friendly setting—is about a 25-minute walk from the vacation rental—or about a 5-minute drive!

Starting in spring 2024, the garden will feature an additional patio with outdoor furniture, as well as a beautiful fire pit with seating and a view of the great outdoors. Firewood for the fire pit will also be provided.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (6 may be possible upon request).

The price is €99 per day, including bed linens and towels for the kitchen and bathroom.
We charge an additional one-time fee of 60 € for final cleaning.
