Peace and beautiful rural views to Exmoor far from the Madding crowds but still in reach of local villages about one and a half miles and both the Towns of Okehampton and Exeter are a 20 minute drives away. In 15 minutes you are on the edge of Dartmoor. The property is a clean, tidy two bedroom retro mobile that sleeps 3 It is situated a a large garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ and free private parking. Fully connected with both electricity and calor gas hot water heating and cooking. Food shopping, Hot takeaways, cafes, breakfasts and fine pub dining is a mile and a half away together with a diesel and petrol station. Castle Drogo, Okehampton castle and Exeter Cathedral is not far away and there is easy access to beaches including in North Devon and Cornwall.
