A very pleasant welcome became even better when we found we had been upgraded to a larger room and were given a free drink token. Room was large with a very large bed but there was a marked lack of plug sockets & USB ports. We borrowed an extension lead with several sockets from friends. Breakfast, included in cost, was mediocre at best. Parking in the hotel car park was an extortionate added extra despite a 50% reduction for guests. This was especially extortionate when we returned to the hotel on our first night to find the car park full. They made space for us in the staff car park.

Wow very impressed for the money, it was outstanding. Very friend and helpful staff. Comfy bed, however a small double I think. The hotel is quiet and breakfast (included) is very good. Would definitely return.

Staff lovely on checking in. Very helpful. Rooms and breakfast good Disappointed with evening meal. Toastie mother in law got came out after the other food hard and not edible after the wait we had. Should have complained but didnt. Would stay again but maybe not have the evening meal. Hotel would benefit from few more relaxing seating areas for drinks and relaxing

Great welcome and check in! We were upgraded to a King which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was fantastic but busy as expected. Easy parking - you get a voucher code from reception when you check in. Bar had a decent selection and a small variety of snacks also available.

The breakfast menu was varied and fresh. The croissants were delicious! My husband said the scrambled eggs were too dry, but everything else was perfect! Our room was spacious and commfortable. I loved the firm pillows.
