Since staying ive started to get spam mail and phishing again. I'm really careful about giving out my email. So its either expedia or the parking. Either way i wont be booking again. Also they had no zero alcohol beer options. just sold out of all except cider so had water instead. Poor. Breakfast was ok ish. Back to Premier for me I'm afraid. Also heating didn't work so used a plug in. bathroom was freezing had to stand plug in heater part way into bathroom to make it useable. just a bit dangerous, also no shelving in bathroom, that's weird. just balanced everything in and around the basin!

The first room clearly had not been hoovered with food on the floor and the second room had not been cleaned properly either. Sticky table, glass rings on the night stand, hair in the bathroom and coffee drips on the coffee area. It's a shame as the room looked nice.

Had a fantastic stay. Hotel is very clean & lovely staff. Everyone from manager/reception/breakfast & cleaning staff - everyone spoke, although often think you get back what you offer. We always speak & express our thanks to all members of staff. Great position for walking into city centre. Have to pay to park car but expected this being in city centre & area felt safe so no worry’s leaving car.
