3 Bedroom 2 Bath Chalet with hot tub in peaceful countryside close to Exeter

Lake Lodge sits in the grounds of our peaceful farm overlooking our pond. It was built in 2025 for us to live in whilst our derelict farmhouse was restored and we loved living there especially waking up to see the ducks floating around the pond in the morning.

Lake Lodge is a great location to enjoy some peace and quiet to recharge your batteries. On the pond you may see many different animals including dragonflies as well as kingfishers.

For 2026 we have now added a hot tub on the decking for guests to enjoy (Please note that this may not be available on your first night as it takes time to heat up).

Lake Lodge sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms (1 king size bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a sofabed in the lounge). It has an ensuite bathroom (with shower and toilet) and a family bathroom (with bath, overhead shower and a toilet).

There is lots to do in the area with the historic city of Exeter (very impressive Cathedral) only a short drive away and a number of National Trust properties close by as well. The seaside resorts of Exmouth and Sidmouth are only a short drive away as well.

There are a number of great pubs in the area offering good food and drink but there is a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourselves.
There's a private patio. A kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
