Sleeping just two guests, the one-bedroom property is set within a country house, 5.5 miles from the centre of Exeter and 7.5 miles from the coast at Exmouth. Enjoy it as a base from which to explore the historic city, with its famous cathedral and castle. Browse in the many shops and find an array of eateries when it comes to dining out. Pack your towels and swimming costumes and venture 9 miles down to Sandy Bay, with its golden beach and clear waters. Keen walkers can also pick up the South West Coast Path here. Venture 15.5 miles to find yourselves in the fringes of Dartmoor National Park, with its magnificent footpaths and spectacular landscapes. Head about the same distance to discover the natural beauty of the picturesque Blackdown Hills.
