Paris stay
After placing our stay shortly prior to our required date we arrived at the room. Access to the unit was a bit sketchy. A key left in a dirty box outside the apartment. The coordinator didn’t know what unit it was for. When that was sorted out we accessed the unit. Unfortunately the unit did not have any of the refrigerators working so we could store the food we had purchased in. There was also a large water leak under one of the beds that looks like it has been there a long time One of the televisions in the rear room was broken The floors were very dirty so much so I didn’t want to walk barefoot in the unit. And to top it off we had no WiFi access as listed in the room After trying to get this remedied with the coordinator we left after only one night as we arrived very late the first day We got no response from any of our inquires on regards to a refund The way the unit was presented to us was unacceptable. I hope they can get these items fixed for future tenants
