L324-2 et seq.**<br><br>### 1. LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND RIGHT OF ACCESS<br><br>This contract is governed by the Civil Code (Art. 1101 et seq.) and the Tourism Code. Pursuant to Article **544 of the Civil Code**, the owner sets the conditions for use of the property.<br><br>* **Restricted Access:** Only individuals identified at the time of booking are authorized to enter the building and the rental unit. Bringing in undeclared third parties constitutes an immediate breach of contract.<br>* **Respect for the Premises:** The tenant has the right to occupy the premises but agrees to allow access to the owner or the owner’s representatives in the event of a technical emergency or suspected danger.<br><br>### 2. FIRE SAFETY AND OCCUPANCY CAPACITY<br><br>This section is mandatory for maintaining insurance coverage (Art. L113-2 of the Insurance Code).<br><br>* **Occupancy Limit:** Occupancy is strictly limited to **4 people**. The building is designed for a total occupancy of fewer than 15 people so as not to fall under the regulations for public access facilities (ERP).<br>* **Prohibited sleeping arrangements:** Only fixed bedding is intended for sleeping. The use of the sofa or additional sleeping arrangements (air mattresses, etc.) for overnight stays is strictly prohibited.<br>* **Safety devices:** It is strictly prohibited to obstruct, cover, or remove the batteries from **autonomous smoke detectors (DAAF)**. Any unauthorized tampering will be billed **€150** and reported as endangering others.<br>
