The staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful historic convent near many wonderful historicsites, including a Roman temple right beside the hotel. The pool and surrounding cafe/bar area are gorgeous. The rooms are small and could use a renovation; our AC units were loud in the early am and the shower & bath are a bit awkward/cramped. It was a great space for us with a grown child because she was able to stay in a separate living area. For the price and to see Evora, I highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Welcoming staff and very helpful. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast great with fresh yogurt, fruit, eggs, pastries and breads, and cheeses and ham. The staff parked our car which was great because we were not used to the narrow streets. I would recommend a stay here!

The staff is really on top of their service game. They Carried our luggage, showed us how to operate the A/C in the room. They noticed our car window was open and asked us if we meant to leave it that way (we hadn’t). Fantastic old school service. Wonderful pool During the heat wave and the grounds and building are unique. We loved it.

A very special location in the middle of the historic town Evora. It is an excellent base for exploring Evora. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with excellent service. The hotel has historical gardens surrounding it, so nature also has it's way of finding it's way inside at times. We found it charming.

There should be better instructions for finding the property and finding parking. Otherwise it's a great historic place to stay in a central location.
