check-in before 9pm. otherwise you MUST contact the hotel. free parking available. I recommend you to bring your shampoo and gels together if you have problems with common samples. Breakfast was good and wide range of eatings.

Central Location

The Hotel is a bid outdated, buy that goes with the locality. Nice place to stay for a short period. Parking is at the rear, but access to it is a challenge. Must get to the back road, drive thru a public parking structure, drive out the back and around and then guess what is the entrance to the Hotel.

Fantastic Hotel. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and friendly! The only thing i struggled with was the poor wifi connection in the room. But nevertheless, it was an incredibly pleasant stay!

Our room was clean bright and modern. Hotel car park is a little difficult to find but ideal ,as parking is at a premium within the town.Staff were very helpful. Evian is a beautiful place to dip your toe in Lac Leman.

Get what you pay for

Hotel is located in a great location, but very basic amenities. Room is small, walls are thin, we constantly heard the guests above walking around, more than any other hotel I've stayed at. Mattresses are a little too firm, but adequate. Room was clean and bathroom was nice. Hallways are rather dingy and the lights (on a timer) go off and leave you in the dark. There is car parking available, but if it fills up, you could be in for a long walk. Parking in this town is a real problem with many hotels, businesses, and homes in the area. Hotel staff speaks English. Requested an iron to use for wrinkled clothes out of a suitcase, but there aren't any irons available. Requested to borrow an electrical adapter for U.S. based plug, but nothing available. If you're looking for a no frills hotel in a good location, for a cheap price, this will fit your needs. If you want a little more comfort with a better nights sleep, look elsewhere.

perfect location with nice views of the lake and church. Reception tried very hard to please. Checkin at 15:00 is a bit late - normally it would not matter but on a cold, very rainy day it would have been nice to be able to dry off, change clothes and regroup when I arrived at 14:00. They did at least let me leave my bag until checkin was allowed.

Nice and central, but shower pretty useless.

Central hotel, car park tucked away around the back but signposted well. All good with the hotel except for the shower: a modern bathroom with shower screen etc. but shower head only mounted at knee height... so having a shower not really possible!

Good value, comfortable, and centrally located.

Very central to the town. About 15 mins walk from the train station. Breakfasts were good and sufficient for my needs, bread, cereals, cold meats and cheese etc. If you are going for a meal in the town, if you go before 8pm you'll have more choices, as some of the smaller ones fill up quickly.
