The house wasn’t clean at all and unfortunately it smelled very badly. As soon as we arrived we had to open up all windows to allow the flow of fresh air into the house and clean the floors, kitchen and beds - which were covered by hair what I assume was dog or cat hair. Even though the house is pet friendly this shall not affect the property condition and cleaning. If the cost of the house is impacted by this fact (cleaning) better to mention it beforehand. Then one can consider it.
