The room smelled horrible; like mildew maybe but the scent was very strong. It needed to be dusted because it seemed like that room had not been used recently. The front door didn’t seem like it locked securely because you could jiggle it when looked and it seemed like it would open easily.

I rented 2 rooms downstairs and it sounded like construction going on above us all night. There was running, a lot of banging, and extremely noisy all night. I told the desk clerk the next morning and she advised that the people above us were not allowed to return to the hotel. It was awful though and extremely loud even into the wee hours of the night. It was not a pleasant stay and even woke my young grandchildren up in the night.

I was in town for my dad's funeral and the hotel rooms in Brewton were sold out due to the blueberry festival and this was the closest hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the only issue I had was with the shower, I had to sit on the floor and lean over the tub to wash my hair.
