The staff here are wonderful—friendly and accommodating. The hotel is older but very clean, and for the price it offers good value. The location is excellent, especially if you’re heading to Angel of the Winds Arena, which is just a short walk away. You’ll also find plenty of amenities nearby, like QFC, McDonald’s, coffee shops, and local restaurants. The only downside is the noise, as the hotel sits on a busy intersection. If you don’t mind that, it’s a great place to stay.

It was okay for an older facility. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and our king sized bed was really comfortable. I don’t really sleep well in a strange bed, but I slept restfully and woke up refreshed. We were there for an event nearby and it was very conveniently located.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding our recent experience at your hotel. The poor service was evident from the moment we arrived to complete the check-in process. Additionally, the extra charges were not disclosed at the time the reservation was made, which we consider a lack of transparency. Due to these circumstances, we felt compelled to cancel our stay and not proceed with the accommodation. This experience was both disappointing and inconvenient.
