Lots of spaces for cars to park near room. The heat and air conditionerworked well. Staff checked us in 3 minutes. Room was clean and had a nice group of friendly people outside watching mariners and march madness games on there phones. Lots of food choices nearby also located close to freeway and silver lake.

So Kristina, at the front desk is excellent, she goes above and beyond helping us with our reservations.It's been screwed up a couple of times and it's always been her to fix it. She is always friendly and always willing to help. In housekeeping, our favorite is Ralph.He remembers us and always knows how we like the room.And it always smells fresh after he leaves. He always goes out of his way to make our room comfortable.
