Cheerful 3-brd, 2 full bth cottage with DNR launch lake access on Chippewa Lake

This cozy cottage is close to snowmobiling, hunting, trails, mountain biking, state land and nature. The home is great for couples and families with kids. Enjoy the in-the-woods setting with a view of beloved Chippewa Lake, which is within walking distance.

Access Chippewa Lake through the DNR launch, which is a turn off of our private road and within walking distance to our cottage. Take the whole family swimming at the public swimming area with sandy swim area, picnic tables, and bathroom!
The space
This home is a beautiful, 2-story, year-round home built after 2000. It has cathedral ceilings, woods, nearby trails, close Chippewa Lake access, nearby Marina for boating and fishing needs/grocery, nearby Haymarsh with a Loon habitat, and is set back in a private lake association neighborhood.

The full home is available for use. No basement access.

Communication with host was EXCELLENT! House was in a central location for our purposes, secluded and peaceful which we loved.The house itself was small and a bit dated, but it had All the amenities that met our needs. We didn’t take advantage of the lake, but it was in close proximity to the property.

The cottage was surrounded by trees which provided a cool, shady and breezy spot during the hot weekend. Sitting on the porch was very relaxing. We really enjoyed this cozy cottage.
