Hotel was fully booked which delayed the already late check in time. We had an event to go to that night and luckily it only took a little over an hour past check in for our room to be ready. However when we go into the room the bathroom smelled horrible a mixture of feet and mildew smell that would not go away. I didn’t complain about it because the hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t move us rooms and I couldn’t discover where the smell came from to get them to clean it in the first place we just spent the evening spraying perfume into the bathroom when we entered to cover the smell.

Clean Room and Friendly Staff

The romm was clean but had a few issues that needed to be addressed. The shower and wardrobe doors wouldn’t close completely. Staff responded promptly and took care of them. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The parking experience was less than ideal. Because there are two hotels in the property, it was not clear where to park and check in. The hotel that I was in (tower?) requires that you check in on the other side of the property. If you parked in the parking garage, you have to walk across the smoky

The hotel is very outdated, the refrigerator’s in the rooms are way too small, as well as the TV’s. Some of the staff at the front desk have no business dealing with customers, they were rude and not very professional. The casino was very nice, really enjoyed that part of my stay. I would highly recommend the casino to my friends and family, the hotel is a different story I would not recommend it.

Very outdated and the pictures on the site do not represent the actual rooms you receive. To get the room on the site, we had to pay an additional $25 per night. Not happy about the bait and switch!

The ck in receptionist was very rude made u feel less then and talked to u like u were a child. Upon entering the room as we went to bed that night I noticed blood on my comforter the clerk said they'd chg both beds and clean the room they only chgd 1 bed and didn't clean the room. Also next morning I took a shower as I dried off with one of thier towels I noticed blood on that as well it also looked as though housekeeping just folded a dirty towel and put it back on the shelf it was disgusting. They did remove hotel resort fees and taxes but I feel a one night room comp would be more appropriate since all that was a bio hazard
