Fire alarm... interrupted sleep

We were rudely awakened by a fire alarm on Saturday morning. There was an electrical fire at the hotel. There were no protocols in place once you walked down the stairs and exited the building. Josh at the front desk was amazing and accommodating for our 1-night stay. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you, Josh!

Hotel was fully booked which delayed the already late check in time. We had an event to go to that night and luckily it only took a little over an hour past check in for our room to be ready. However when we go into the room the bathroom smelled horrible a mixture of feet and mildew smell that would not go away. I didn’t complain about it because the hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t move us rooms and I couldn’t discover where the smell came from to get them to clean it in the first place we just spent the evening spraying perfume into the bathroom when we entered to cover the smell.

Clean Room and Friendly Staff

The romm was clean but had a few issues that needed to be addressed. The shower and wardrobe doors wouldn’t close completely. Staff responded promptly and took care of them. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel that I was in (tower?) requires that you check in on the other side of the property. If you parked in the parking garage, you have to walk across the smoky

The hotel is very outdated, the refrigerator’s in the rooms are way too small, as well as the TV’s. Some of the staff at the front desk have no business dealing with customers, they were rude and not very professional. The casino was very nice, really enjoyed that part of my stay. I would highly recommend the casino to my friends and family, the hotel is a different story I would not recommend it.
