Hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is attached to the casino, so the lobby and lower levels smell like smoke, but our room didn’t smell like that. The room was clean, bed was nice, shower head was very nice. Overall was a great stay and very convenient when there for a party or going to the casino.

I didn’t have a bar in my room, but the casino was always ready, the staff was awesome, especially the gentleman at the front desk where checked in!! We ended up staying another night and I had lost my driver license but he remembered me and took my husbands driver license and then I got a call that they had found mine!! It had fallen out of my pocket and they got it back to me ASAP!! I’ve never seen this quick of service when I’ve lost stuff ( and I do this a lot 😳) your staff is frindley, helpful, understanding, and made my anniversary weekend the best!!! I just wish I had bought one of your house coats to remember it by because they were the best… lol

Initial impression when checking in, was the clerk couldn’t be bothered. She ran my card told me I was on the other side of the casino and that was basically it. She didn’t even tell me that we didn’t need to be in Bally’s parking garage - another clerk did after we found out we weren’t even in the right part of the hotel. That we actually had to drive around to the other side. The room was decent, clean and roomy.
