We rented this space for a family reunion. It was the only space in the area big enough to hold us all in one place. The price was great. We loved the pool table which has a top and becomes a second dinning table. Kitchen has lots of storage and is reasonably equipped. The basement is large and can be used as a play room or additional sleeping area. Washer and dryer are large capacity. The mattresses are good quality. Bedrooms are large and have great storage. There are a few extra air mattresses in the house if needed. Some things to consider if traveling with young children, the basement stairs have railing on one side, the other side is open. The railing that’s there is a little rickety. Also in the basement, the extra space does not have any outlets so charging is like Ted if planning on putting beds over there. The pull out couches in the basement that are the extra double beds had no sheets or pillows. There are several extra blankets in the house.Both upstairs bathrooms have a tub which is great for kids or a soak. It’s a big step in though if traveling with anyone with hip or knee issues.
