The parkin is right in front of the hotel so you can usually see you car from your room, breakfast was good, juice, milk, waffles, cereal, and other... The room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Checking was also smooth through their web form just pickup keys at the front desk.

So we have stayed at this hotel many, many, many times! Never had any issues until now and I don’t think it was handled professionally at all. We were staying one night. At check in we asked for a late check out because we boarded our dogs and could not pick them up until 1pm. We were told by the front desk clerk 1pm would work. We have had many late check outs at 1pm at this hotel previously. We arrive back to the hotel that night from being out. It’s late (1:30am) and we confirm with the front desk clerk we are still good for a 1pm check out. Fast forward it’s 12:05pm and the front desk clerk is calling our room telling us we were supposed to be out of our room at noon and we are late. We explained the situation and the woman was very rude and told us there is no way anyone said 1pm. Instead she wants to argue with us. We told to her pull the cameras. She said I will give you a few more minutes to get your stuff together and hung up. Needless to say we had a conversation with her when we exited. She said they have never done 1pm check outs ever. We explained we have had 1pm check outs many times before. Then advised her the way she handled this could have been more customer friendly. Very very disappointed in the level of service!

My room was booked and paid for long before my arrival yet it was unprepared when I stepped foot in the suite. There was blood on one of the queen beds comforters, I should say on the sheet they use to cover the comforter. The hide-a-bed had blood on the mattress cover and no linens to make it with. The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic but there wasnt enough linens to replace what was missing or soiled. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the sink and tub. The glade plug in was a nice touch to give the illusion the room was "clean" The breakfast was not too bad lots of choices but overall the room was filthy and I was very disappointed after a long day of traveling.

We stayed two nights and after the first night, I ask if they were going to clean our, I was assured it would be. We came back about noon nothing had been touched. So I ask again. I was told we were next. We left and came back about 8 pm. All they did was put new towels. I ask the lady at the desk. She said well that particular cleaning lady we have had trouble with. So she moved us to another room. Which was a nice gesture on her part. What is so hard about getting your room cleaned after paying such high prices to stay there?! I won’t be staying there anymore!
