The night staff that was handling check ins was very rude. There was a group of us sitting together in the lobby enjoying our time together when she yelled at us for being to loud. I am not mad about being told we were loud. I am upset about how we were told and it is not like she had mentioned it before and we continued to be rude and loud. Her first response was to yell at us! Not appropriate.

The room wasn’t clean, the bathtub and toilet were dirty. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The woman working the breakfast area was rude and seemed incredibly unpleasant. The hotel hallways need the carpets cleaned, they smell terrible.
