The hotel was very nice but the staff friendliness and great customer service is what made the stay excellent. Bonus: We saw a bald eagle fly over the lake in front of the hotel from our room window both mornings during our stay. What a great way to start the day.

I had drove for 5.5 hours and was super tired when I arrived there was no parking spots as one side was being repaved. totally understandable however I had to park almost a half mile at night time and walk in the street to get back to the hotel. Then wake up earlier than expected to deliver a half day of training to a major organization. The front desk person was very calm and nice so I appreciated that. However that’s not what I expected that evening.

Absolutely amazing staff and especially front desk. I’ve been trying all the hotels in this area of Evansville for recurring travel I’ll have, and this is the second time at the Courtyard.
