Staff at the front desk refused to give me my rewards for the nights stay. Kathy refused to listen to me as I tried explaining that all other Holiday Inns gave me my reward points. She was rude and snapped back as I tried explaining. The morning breakfast was also very disappointing but at the other hotels it’s usually good, We did not eat anything
