This elegant property offers a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for golf enthusiasts and Masters patrons. Rocking chair front porch, formal dining room with seating for 6, large open kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances (including double oven), expansive stone island with seating for 4 overlooking the breakfast nook with seating for 6. Just outside the breakfast nook is the back, covered outdoor patio with a gas grill, comfortable seating, and a tv hung over the wood-burning fireplace. Great room has ample seating around the sectional. Guestroom 1 on first floor with king-sized bed, flat screen tv, and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find large media room with couch and 65” 4K smart TV. Guestroom 2 has king-sized bed and private full bathroom next door. Guestroom 3 has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Nestled at the end of the hall is the spacious owner’s suite with king-sized bed, executive desk, exercise bike, and a relaxing wooded view. The owner’s bath has separate granite vanities, soaking tub, glass walk-in shower, WC, and spacious walk-in closet.
