Welcome to Tree-tops - a stunning architect designed tri-level villa nestled amongst lush bamboo gardens, with an inviting pool just moments from the sandy shores of Main Beach. This retreat is the perfect escape for families and groups of friends or relatives alike.

Light filled living spaces flow onto the extensive covered timber decks through retractable bi-fold doors and the timber louvres capture the cool sea breezes. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready with top-of-the-line amenities. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas await, accompanied by entertainment options such as TV streaming, air conditioning, and a cosy wood-burning fireplace for the cooler months.

Nestled within the laid-back coastal community of Evans Head and boasting direct beach access, Tree-tops offers a variety of spaces customised to suit your preferences.

Beginning on the top floor, you will discover a luxurious king-size bed, ensuite, and a private balcony.

On the second level, the heart of the home comprises the kitchen, dining area, and living room, seamlessly linked to expansive outdoor spaces. A wood fire heater ensures warmth during cooler months, and the main pavilion bathroom extends onto this outdoor space. To the front of the building you will find an extensive deck equipped with a hammock, roll-out chill rugs, a 10-seater dining table with chairs, and a Weber BBQ with a pizza making stone.

Down on the ground floor, bedroom 2 boasts a king-size bed with a picturesque view of the tropical garden pond. Bedroom 3 offers two single beds overlooking the rear garden and the newly installed plunge pool. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, a spacious lounge area with a mini-kitchenette, large sofa bed, and sound system overlooks the serene tropical pond.

Tree-tops is decked out with all the essentials including plush furnishings, off street parking & laundry facilities. Also included is some yoga equipment (found on the ground floor) for yoga enthusiasts who come and stay. Roll out a mat for your yoga practice on the sun-filled balconies!

Just a heads up - the external stairs connecting each floor, while charming, may pose a challenge for little ones or anyone with mobility concerns.

Tree-Tops sits conveniently opposite Main Beach reserve, providing effortless access to Evans River, Bundjalung and Broadwater National Parks. If you're in the mood for the spectacular beauty of Chinamans and New Zealand Beaches, they're just a quick 5-minute drive away. And for a leisurely exploration of Evans Head township, take a scenic 10-minute stroll to discover shops, supermarkets, and cafes.

For those flying in, Ballina airport is a mere 30-minute drive away, while the iconic Byron Bay beckons with its scenic 50-minute journey.
